I think you find normalcdf by pressing the "math" button then scrolling over to the right three times or so In normal distribution 8 is the same thing as infinity pretty much so since there is no infinity button you just use 8. The mean is 20% * 200 = 40. If the standard deviation is 1, then the z-score is (44-40)/1 = 4, and that would be very unusual. However, if the standard deviation is 10, then the z-score would be (44-40)/10 = .4, which would not be very unusual at all.
