The programs in my start menu wont stop scrolling?
Q. When I go to the start menu, then all programs, it doesnt list all my programs in 2 columns, it has one column but I have to scroll for ages to get through them all. I have windows XP how do I fix it to have 2 columns?

A. in task bar any blue area right click and select properties...and in there make the radio button of start menu enabled click customize there in the advanced tab...there will be start menu items...and with many options for scrolling ...there will be a check box there with "scroll programs" option...there u will have tick mark..remove it and click apply//ok finishd.

What happens to saved programs after tivo service is turned off?
Q. Hey everyone, I am just wondering if anyone knows what happens to saved programs once the tivo service is disconnected (canceled). I have all the programs saved as, "Save until I delete." We are moving and so I am going to disconnect service and maybe start it up again in about 5-6 months. But I am mainly curious as to the programs I have currently saved on the system. Also will the system let me watch them even if the service is disconnected ? Has anyone ever tried this, or knows for sure what happens?! ...Thx.

A. Hi Fairy Godmother. Your programs will be fine. We canceled the service on a TiVo a few months ago because we got a new one. I can see all my stored programs and watch them as I normally did but I can't record new programs. It just says "program data not available" if I try to record. Norm

Are there any programs which don't charge a fee to volunteer abroad for a year or less?
Q. I am interested in volunteering in another country after I graduate from college in a couple years. I would love to find a program like the Peace Corps that doesn't charge a fee, and that includes housing, food, etc. However, I am interested in volunteering for a year or less (not 2 years, which is required for the Peace Corps). Are there any good programs out there like this?
